MIne is Pull ups even when i don't have a bar somewhere i use the Door hehe once my mom said wtf are u humping the wall im like no PUll ups LOL and i do 50 per day =] So post what exercise do u do...and i believe thats the easiest and fastest way to gain muscles because 1)You will be able ot pick up ur self. 2)Ur arms should be able to pick ur self up ... Don't be a nerd just do it... 3)Hell 50 a day is nothing my coach when he gets mad at me -_- which i really hate lol he tells me to do 125 before class is over -_- lol 4)Hehe Do it and u will be teh though guy... not like those nerds on their computer all day and in about a month u will look like a jerk :P

I am just doing some push ups and a bit of pull ups cus I don't have normal bar for doing all those things. I have to do pull ups on tree branch Very Happy
But I'm planning to go to gym and train parkour on summer :P

LOL what do i did 30 push up per day when i was 8 and 10 sit ups and like come on u have a gym shot some hopes -_-
