lowest display settings? Thats not possible. Check if all your ram is activated. I once bought new RAM but it didn't work, so chek it.

you can run on high but if you use the optimum value it buts low
Mine were all low but now on high
Though put back to medium for online

something's wrong there... If anything should slow u down its the graphics card but that would be at VERY high resolutions:P Or maybe VISTA sux:P

Yeah, it owns. Especially in CS. Altough when a friend of mine was playing cod 4 at my place a few days ago he couldnt hit anything becouse the mouse was moving too fast for him. But it's just something you gotta get used to.
