Hmmm, just type in devianart popular xp themes, and u will get new themes, amd there are very good!!!

dude there's no such thing as Tutorial..
Its like an Open source..you have to modify your desktop as per your choice, in terms of the softs you use to modify your desk & accordingly which skin/theme would go well along with your OS theme ..
