Have you ever...

...been close to dieing? Please I ask to leave this section serious. Theres nothing to laught about! I have been close to death once rlly when I was a boy of about 7 years maybe less but it was such a cruel moment in my life that i remember it as if it happened yesterday. It was nearly Christmas maybe 24 December and as my family usually does, we go out to eat in a restaurant. That night happened that christmas father came and gave me some sweets and i took them with me i the car when we were going to the place were we were going to eat. I put a sweet in my mouth and suddenly it kind of went down or i tried to swallow it or something like that but since it was to big it stuck in the pipe where i breath My father was (and still is) a nurse in a hospital so he knew what to do but believe me I was close to death cause i made a minute without even breathing air but my father knew what he had to do and he practically saved my life. Thats the story of when I was gonna die.

well mine is that i spent my first B-day in a hospital cuz i was pretty sick and yeah close to death VERY close :S it was bad....and theres like 10 more of these like a time when i climbed a 40-60 year old tree and fell down when i was like 7 there was like ------ close to a rock with my head.. i couldnt breathe for like 30 secs it was painful :S

Depends on how "close" you want it.

I've been close to drowning, bleeding to death, been drunk and slept outside in november (you can die from that) , and been in a car crash x)

mhh well the ones you mentioned are close I've been in 3 car crashes only 1 was serious cause 3 got hurt. I wasnt thank GOD

Yea lol i ate a soup it was left out for over 2hour which is the limit then i ate it.... then bam bambam throw uped.. for 8hours

I been close to death a lot of times and by lot i mean 30+ im very uncluky, ill list a couple, when i was 5 i went swimming in river drownd got pulled under and had to be ressucitated for like 5minutes, when i was 10 i was kickin soccer around out my backyard and ran near window and tripped over the soccer ball went straight into window and when i got up my head almost got cut off by glass, when i was about 8 i was at school playing on jungle gym thingy and got to the top about 3m high then friend pushed me and i went head first into ground and broke shoulder but not neck , was doing some ativitys last year and got my shoelaces tied to a branch above 20m fall when i tried to walk i got pulled back and knocked me straight down and i went tumbling and hit my head on tonz of rocks but no death

WOW. Brings back lotsa memories. My first near-death experience happened when a car hit my mom's car on the side that I was sitting on. Seat belt safety laws weren't really enforced back then, so I didn't wear one, even though my mom yelled at me to buckle up.The car impacted the right side of my mom's car so bad that I was practically sitting on top of my little brother, who was in a car seat at the time. The second time happened at church camp. I was swimming at the pool, when one of the councilors came in to play volleyball with us. He then preceded to dunk the children in the pool, being particularly rough with me. The last person he dunked was me, and by about the 7TH time, my lungs were so filled with nasty pool water, I swear I coughed up a gallon. I never went back to that camp after that. I've even had guns pointed at me, been involves in a drive-by, which was meant for the house that I was partying at. But those 2 situations stick to me the most.

wow that r pretty rought things you guys had. Im 16 and i NEVER had such a situation, i never even broke a bone... Thats probably cuz i skateboarded alot and i actually learned how to fall without hurting yourself much. Im serious, i can fall from great hights without really hurting myself.

I've never broken anything, but I've lost like 0.5 cm of my middel finger in a door x)

lol wtf. Well i never broke anything accept my mothers vases when i was a kid seriously I never broke anything thx God. Dunda btw you see pretty unlucky. I am pretty unlucky too but in things like for example I always get the worst possible timetable in whole universiy etc.

This was in CHRISTMAS.. I was at home (in a village) hanging out side with my cousins after coming down the mountain that cover's our village.. By outside i mean the road.. but its not like a high way.. a vehicle only passes about every 10 mins.. so.... its a village..

The thing is that cuz its a village there are a s*** load of dogs that are running around.. and they come take a s*** around our house -_- (I used to chase them around with bricks)

So one day i saw an unfamiliar dog coming along the road like he was high(meanin he had no clue of where he was going).. Suspecting his next move to take a s*** on my lawn I got pissed and threw a rock just to scare him away.. I didnt mean it to hit which it didnt but the dog felt threatened and started chasing me.. there was about 6 or 7 of us.. Everyone started running the other way cuz it was chasing.. No matter how slow the other's were going it only wanted to chase me.. so i kept running while the other guys jumped over barbed wire fences and s***.. After running about 50 meters i knew he wast going to stop so I stopped.. Picked up a rock about the size of my fist waited for about 2 or 3 seconds for him to get close.. and smacked that b**** down... ONE HIT ON THE JAW.. BAAAMMMM. TARGET DOWN. the rock hit its face so hard that he jus fell in one place and his canine tooth broke..

The dog was still half alive so we inspected him from the distance. And it had RABIES!!!!
So if it ate me I wud hav been reali close to death.. cuz a reasonable hospital is about 45 mins away..

omg u all almost died many times...i rlly can't remeber now if I had a moment like that,so i don't think that i was in a situation like that.
Only when i was going with my girl friend from my class i was 7,we were going 2 my apartment and in the elevator a guy came in a offer us a candy we didn't took it so he asked my friend to come closer 2 him she di that (scared) and he put her on the ground and raped her...he hited me in the head so i fainted.The 1 thing that i remeber cleary is when the police came in our class to come with them and our parents to the police station to see the suspects and maybe recognize the guy.We did and he got maybe 8years of jail(wich is very very little because of the trauma we had)

well,i couldve died like soooo many times,
1st: if i havent been operated,later,maybe when i would be 25 or so,i would get some bad desease,and then i would die,but luckily ive been operated(but theyve done something wrong,theyve admitted it >_>,so i cant eat normaly,AFTER TWO FUCKEN YEARS >_>)
2nd: few times( i think 3) ALMOST car crashes,but 1st of them was the scariest,cuzz my whole family(excluding my sis)almost died,when we were on some kind of hill,and it was snowy,and it was like in movies(spinning around on the road,i was sitting on the back seat,and i was looking straight,and all i couldve seen was just,everything was spinning around,cuzz actually the car was spinning around on the road,but we hit something so we stayed on the road
idk there are too many things and shits that have happend to me,and if i start typing them all here,this post would never end

i saw the death in his face too. When i was 6 years old, i was play with my brother when i fall down on the edge of my bed. I was hurt. i had a hole in my forehead. Later i woke up in the ospital. Doctors sayed that i tapped the die.

I broke my left hand and right too, lol. And twice my head hiihhihi, once I felt from pro BMX and second I felt when I jump (parkour), first time was so bad I had 2 operations, it hurts like hell!!!

I almost DROWNED in the ocean when i was 12 in the Atlantic. A sandbar dissolved under my father, uncle, and I. We got swept out to sea. Lol

I almost IMPALED myself on a walking stick. I climbed a young pine tree and was swaying with it in the wind. The bow broke, and I fell. I just missed landing on the spike of the stick by a half-foot or so.

I almost FELL TO MY DEATH rock climbing once. I underestimated the wall I was climbing. There was too much dirt near the top, and I couldn't get a good hold. I slipped several times. I don't know how I made it over the ridge, but in the process I was on the verge of sliding off the cliff.

I almost FELL ON A SWORD. Lol this one is really stupid. My friend and I had some roughly forged swords. His dad was a blacksmith. One night we were sparing in a field, and I tripped on a rut in the ground. I fell directly forward onto a my SWORD which glanced off my stomach. I luckily ended up with a bruise and scratch on my abs, but nothing more.

Great topic!!! I was amazed to see how many of our community almost died!!!!

P.S. I just remembered the coolest one! I almost had to get RESCUED BY A HELI. I went hiking in the winter on the Washington State coast. The heavy rain trapped my friends and I between a torrential river, the swollen Pacific, and a sheer hillside. We were out of food and our clothes were soaked through. We took a risk to get to safety. We waded through a flooded marsh, and climbed onto a bridge made out of a log jam. As we crossed the bridge it dissolved behind us, and was swept out into the ocean. One of my friends crawled the last section because it was so narrow. In the end we made it, but it was one of the best experiences of my life!!!!!!!!!!! haha

when i was born i had my umbilical cord(birth cord) wrapped around my neck. because there was no specialist around my father had to gently remove it. i was told later that i could have died if it wasnt remove from my neck, because of possible breathing problems
